Parent Information Evening
Dear Parent/Guardian
Your child has the opportunity to represent Wynyard High School at our Parent Information Evening on Tuesday, 22 July 2025. This night gives future students and their families the opportunity to visit our school and learn about their high school experience.
On the night, students will be undertaking a range of different tasks including: speaking, ushering, and working in classrooms. Students are required to arrange their own transport to and from the event. They must arrive at the Wynyard High School Student Centre at 5:30pm in full school uniform. The event will conclude at approximately 7:30pm.
If you have any further questions regarding this event, please contact Holly Barrett via the school during office hours on 6442 2385.

Year 10 Celebration Dinner - Important Eligibility Reminder
Dear Parent/Guardian
We are writing to remind you of the requirements for your child to receive an invitation to the Year 10 Celebration Dinner.
If you are receiving this letter, it may indicate that there are outstanding matters such as unpaid levies or unreturned library books and devices. Students with unresolved obligations will not be eligible to receive an invitation.
You should be receiving monthly statements regarding any outstanding debts. A reminder about unpaid levies, including payment options and plans, has also been sent. A second reminder is scheduled for September/October.
If you have recently moved and are unsure of your account status, please contact the school so we can assist you.
Please note that attendance at the Celebration Dinner is optional. However, if you would like your child to attend and are experiencing financial difficulties, we encourage you to contact us to discuss payment plans or alternative arrangements.
If you have any questions or need to arrange a payment plan, please call the school on 6442 2385. We’re here to help.
